ÆTRA sells clothing and jewellery retail products. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

3. PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received before an order is processed.

4. ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including after an order has been submitted. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled by us.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

In accordance with French consumer law (droit de rétractation), you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return items for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site — including the ÆTRA name, logo, images, and text — is the property of Fleur de Soleil EURL and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Fleur de Soleil EURL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
