Returns & Refunds — ÆTRA PARIS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn and unused
• All original tags must be attached
• Items must be returned in original packaging

How to Return an Item To initiate a return, please contact: contact@aetraparis.com. We will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• If an item is faulty or incorrect, ÆTRA PARIS will cover return shipping.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

Sale Items Sale items can be returned under the same conditions unless stated otherwise.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
